This approach condenses weeks of work into just a few days, guiding participants through key phases.

What happens during a TANGRAM Design Sprint?

Problem Framing

This phase focuses on clarifying the core challenge, aligning team understanding, defining objectives, and establishing boundaries to ensure a unified approach for effective problem-solving during the Design Sprint.

Ideation

During ideation, teams generate diverse ideas through brainstorming and collaborative techniques, fostering creativity and exploring potential solutions to address the defined challenge in innovative and actionable ways.
