Innovation - Design Sprint
A Design Sprint is a time-specific, highly focused process originally conceived by Google and tailored by TANGRAM’s Innovation team to meet the needs of CMA CGM Group.
This phase focuses on clarifying the core challenge, aligning team understanding, defining objectives, and establishing boundaries to ensure a unified approach for effective problem-solving during the Design Sprint.
During ideation, teams generate diverse ideas through brainstorming and collaborative techniques, fostering creativity and exploring potential solutions to address the defined challenge in innovative and actionable ways.
At TANGRAM Center, tangible, testable models of top ideas will be created, enabling teams to visualize solutions and gather feedback through rapid development with the support of dedicated designers.
Through TANGRAM’s efficient Design Sprints, a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Mockup is ready within a matter of days, delivering fast, concrete results.
Leveraging the expert advice and research provided by TANGRAM’s multidisciplinary team, projects are equipped with the necessary elements to make data-driven decisions and move forward in the best direction possible.
By acquiring essential business-related materials for the product/service, the project secures the elements required to generate consensus and move the project forward to the delivery phase.
