Phase 1
Before the program begins, participants complete online pre-work, including a kick-off session, peer learning pods, and capstone project assignments. They also benefit from managerial debriefs and faculty director-led group coaching sessions, fostering collaboration, strategic insights, and preparation for the immersive leadership training.
Duration: 10 hours
Phase 2
This leadership program, delivered over several months prepares high-potential participants for top leadership roles. It empowers them to inspire teams, navigate global trade dynamics, lead digital transformation, and foster Environmental, Social, and Governance awareness. Participants develop a strategic vision, master inclusive leadership, enhance crisis communication, and explore emerging technologies to craft unified, future-ready strategies.

Phase 3
Following the immersive two weeks, participants implement a personal development plan. This phase includes ongoing peer collaboration, faculty check-ins, and progress reviews, ensuring actionable growth. Certification is awarded upon successfully integrating these strategies into their leadership practices.

Phase 1
The preparatory phase begins with a self-assessment on leadership styles, followed by AI-driven reflection on the individual report. Participants engage in preliminary readings to build foundational knowledge and identify key leadership challenges. This phase provides personalized insights and prepares participants for meaningful engagement during the on-site leadership program at TANGRAM.

Phase 2
The onsite experience combines experiential learning, case studies, and simulations to explore business transformation. Participants practice navigating uncertainty by developing resilience as well as enhancing situational and collective intelligence. Focus areas include building high-performing teams, mastering power dynamics, and fostering organizational change readiness, with distance learning reinforcing insights between two immersive weeks.

Phase 3
The follow-up sequence focuses on executing action plans and collaborating within peer learning pods. Participants exchange experiences, address challenges, and refine strategies. Regular touchpoints and tailored resources ensure ongoing growth, while shared successes and lessons learned foster accountability, continuous improvement, and impactful leadership development.

Phase 1
The preparatory phase lays the groundwork for a powerful leadership journey. It starts with a 1-hour remote kick-off and a leadership assessment to develop self-awareness, identifying key strengths and growth areas. Reflective exercises powered by an AI agent and conversations with the manager, help participants to define personal leadership challenges and set concrete meaningful goals.

Phase 2
The on-site experience begins with a Regional Week, held simultaneously across seven CMA CGM hubs worldwide in small subgroups. This first stage focuses on developing situational intelligence, leadership presence, and conflict resolution skills. During the intersession, participants facilitate a workshop with their own team on a specific topic applying what they have learned. Then all gather in Marseille, for a week in TANGRAM, the capstone event, dedicated to amplifying leadership impact. Through experiential and highly interactive activities, participants will learn how to develop others, uphold ambitious standards, and lead with confidence in complex and high-pressure situations.

Phase 3
The follow-up sequence focuses on executing action plans and lessons learned from the program. It helps learners to foster accountability, continuous improvement and professional development.
