Phase 1

Remote learning

The program begins with a short, flexible online module that provides an overview of the training and the key topics covered. This initial phase is designed to spark curiosity, build motivation, and encourage deeper exploration. It also offers participants an opportunity to self-assess their current skills and identify what’s required to become an effective transformation leader.

Duration: 4 hours

Phase 2

On-site experience

Participants shape and run transformation programs, develop leadership skills to manage complexity, and explore strategic levers, such as agility and change management. Between two immersive on-site weeks, collaborative intersession work deepens learning through real-life challenges, peer exchange, and applied practice—building both technical expertise and soft skills essential for transformation success.

Duration: 10 days

Phase 3

Remote certification

In this final distance learning session, participants present their key takeaways in small groups alongside a sponsor and learning team. It’s a moment to reflect, exchange perspectives, and celebrate their journey—recognizing their progress, insights, and role as emerging transformation leaders within CMA CGM Group.

Phase 1

Remote learning

Before attending this program, participants engage in remote digital preparation, including a kick-off session, self-assessment evaluation, peer coaching, simulations, and interactive practice with an AI conversational bot. This phase ensures participants are ready and builds foundational skills for the immersive training.

Duration: 4 hours

Phase 2

On-site experience

This two-week training program, conducted over several months, equips participants to shift to a proactive sales approach, implement strategic commercial plans, and cultivate a growth-driven mindset. Participants enhance decision-making, engage teams, optimize CRM usage, embrace digital tools, and prototype innovative sales strategies.

Duration: 10 days

Phase 3

Remote certification

After the immersive training, participants continue to learn remotely through a capstone project and a personalized action plan. They regularly receive peer feedback to reinforce key skills. This phase concludes with a call to action and a certification.
