Phase 1
In the preparatory phase, explore the "AI wars" and the evolution from AI to Gen AI. Uncover AI's transformative impact on the workplace and on leadership. Gain insights to navigate the AI revolution and lead effectively in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Duration: 8 hours
Phase 2
Held at TANGRAM's vibrant center of learning and innovation, the immersive learning experience begins. Blending collaborative AI learning games and engaging group exercises, learning is brought to life with hands-on activities and real-world case studies.
Duration: 5 days
Phase 3
The follow-up phase guides participants in applying AI concepts to real tasks, sharing their progress through weekly reports, and engaging in peer discussions. Regular check-ins and dedicated resources ensure continued learning. Success stories and challenges are reviewed to refine strategies for real life and sustain momentum.

Raise awareness of the fundamentals of climate change and shift mindsets to focus on practical solutions to the challenges that we face – all together.
Increase knowledge of the strategies behind CMA CGM Group’s decarbonization strategy and its ambitious path to net zero – by 2050.
Develop ideas that will boost both the Group’s ongoing sustainability goals, as well as take actions to reduce our individual carbon footprints.
Phase 1
The preparatory phase covers the basics of climate change, including the mechanisms, impacts, and how to calculate your own carbon footprint. You'll also discover the key drivers behind the Net Zero transition, assess risks and opportunities, and gain insight into the ambitious climate goals of the CMA CGM Group. You'll finish the phase exploring the impact of climate change on oceans and biodiversity, learning the “planetary boundaries”, and brainstorming business opportunities to become decarb ready!
Duration: 6 hours
Phase 2
The on-site phase of DECARB READY! combines dynamic keynote sessions introducing the key themes with interactive group work where participants dive deeper into the challenges with their peers. Groups are encouraged to identify innovative solutions through gamified activities that leverage collective intelligence. The focus is on helping each person identify a role that they can play so that, together, we can turn our global challenges into tangible, decarb ready opportunities. The program ends with a dynamic improv workshop to support learners to take their learning forward.
Duration: 40 hours
Phase 3
The follow-up sequence empowers participants to become climate ambassadors when they return back to their everyday environments. Each individual will share their newfound knowledge on the Net Zero transition with their colleagues through a series of easy-to-implement activities, multiplying eco-friendly opportunities in their professional and personal lives.
Duration: 4 hours

Through learning experiences anchored in topics like decarbonization, AI, and data governance, learners tackle real-world challenges that matter for the future of shipping and logistics. Hands-on activities, team collaboration, and practical tools help them translate insights into action.
