Last week, more than 200 interns, apprentices and students stepped into the CMA CGM universe for the latest edition of Discovery Day – Early Careers.

For one day, TANGRAM became a place where career paths turned into real conversations.
A place where students could engage directly with professionals from across the Group’s ecosystem - from Shipping and Logistics to Air Cargo, Media, Innovation and Corporate functions - and better understand the people, experiences and opportunities behind each role.a
Throughout the day, participants attended a career forum, discovered international programs such as the VIE and FORWARD Graduate Program, exchanged with HR and business teams, and joined inspiring discussions.

Highlights included a Q&A session with David Schajer, EVP Group Human Resources, and an inspiring talk by French national team fencer Jade Marechal  on leadership, resilience and pushing beyond limits
