Meet GEAR UP

This week, we’re welcoming leaders from FATTAL GROUP to the first cohort of GEAR UP, our new onboarding Program for leaders joining the CMA CGM Group.

Following FATTAL’s recent integration, the three-day program is designed to build connections, share perspectives and give participants a deeper understanding of the Group.

From TANGRAM to the CMA CGM headquarters in Marseille, the cohort is meeting with senior executives to explore businesses, strategy, finance, culture and transformation priorities.

One highlight: an exchange with Tanya Saadé Zeenny, Executive Officer of the CMA CGM Group, on the Group’s history and values, and the principles that continue to shape it today.

For FATTAL’s leaders, GEAR UP is a first step into their new family, helping them build the knowledge and connections they need to contribute to the next chapter.
