It was an honor to welcome Catherine Chabaud, Minister Delegate for the Sea and Fishery, this week during her visit to Marseille for the International Day for Women in Maritime organised by the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (French Maritime Academy).

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase how new technologies are transforming maritime operations, thanks to presentations of the Fleet Center and our navigation simulator.

Discussions focused on a key industry challenge: harnessing innovation to build more efficient maritime transport, while strengthening the preservation of marine ecosystems and biodiversity.

These transformations are reshaping the skills, operations and responsibilities of the maritime world, further reflecting the shared ambition of the CMA CGM Group and TANGRAM: supporting the major transitions impacting the sector by placing innovation and dialogue between industry stakeholders at the heart of tomorrow’s maritime challenges.
