Phase 1
The program begins with a short, flexible online module that provides an overview of the training and the key topics covered. This initial phase is designed to spark curiosity, build motivation, and encourage deeper exploration. It also offers participants an opportunity to self-assess their current skills and identify what’s required to become an effective transformation leader.
Duration: 4 hours
Phase 2
Participants shape and run transformation programs, develop leadership skills to manage complexity, and explore strategic levers, such as agility and change management. Between two immersive on-site weeks, collaborative intersession work deepens learning through real-life challenges, peer exchange, and applied practice—building both technical expertise and soft skills essential for transformation success.
Duration: 10 days
Phase 3
In this final distance learning session, participants present their key takeaways in small groups alongside a sponsor and learning team. It’s a moment to reflect, exchange perspectives, and celebrate their journey—recognizing their progress, insights, and role as emerging transformation leaders within CMA CGM Group.
