Phase 1
For a comprehensive grasp of Leadership, the program jumpstarts with flexible online learning modules. Packed with captivating readings, videos, case studies, and questionnaires, participants make professional commitments to delve into a deeper knowledge of leadership and of themselves.
Duration: 4 weeks
Phase 2
Held at TANGRAM's vibrant center of learning and innovation, the immersive learning experience begins. Blending collaborative problem-solving sessions and engaging group exercises, learning is brought to life with hands-on activities and real-world challenges.
Duration: 5 days
Phase 3
The certification process bridges theoretical concepts with practical skills for deeper understanding. Upon completion, participants earn an official CMA CGM / HEC Paris Leadership Certificate, attesting to the leadership skills acquired.
Duration: 4 weeks
At TANGRAM, global leaders are invited to participate in a program featuring interactive, immersive experiences and team-building activities.
