Phase 1

Onboarding

The journey begins with a live kick-off session, where participants meet their teammates, discover the program and storyline, and connect to the SPARK app—their central hub for missions, collaboration, and tracking progress. It's the moment where energy, curiosity, and team spirit are sparked.

Duration: 1 hour

Phase 2

The game

Over six weeks, participants join 10 international teams of 8 in an epic race to Mars. Their mission? Build the ultimate crew, tackle challenges, and master the complexities of interstellar travel—reaching Mars faster than their rivals.
Through virtual classes, simulations, and weekly leadership challenges, they explore key leadership themes while developing bold, purposeful, high-impact skills. Blending collaboration, hands-on practice, and gamified progression, the program rewards teams with points as they overcome obstacles and make critical decisions.

Duration: 26 hours

Phase 3

The final Spark

The program ends with a live closure event where each team presents their leadership journey. A jury selects the top three teams, and the final leaderboard reveals the SPARK winners— celebrating bold leadership, growth, and team spirit.
